Usman Khawaja retires from international cricket
The fifth Ashes Test match against England this week will be his last match in international cricket. He will retire from the highest level of cricket after this match. The 39-year-old Khawaja informed his teammates of the decision on Friday morning. His Test career began in 2011. He got the opportunity after Ricky Ponting got injured. In his 15-year career, he has scored more than 6,000 runs in Tests.
